Tapping Through Brain Fog

Ever feel like you are spinning your wheels and making no progress?! Your to-do list is a mile long, but you can't really think straight. Oh, brain fog, you are the worst.


Lacking clarity, feeling exhausted and confused - that doesn't give you the warm fuzzies. But, I promise you that fog is trying to tell you something. It's telling you, you need to check in. It's time for a pause - a re-set. But, you don't have time, right? There's too much on your plate to pause. So you keep pushing, charging forward. And it only leads to more exhaustion.


Not taking a pause is going to cost you more of your precious time. Ask yourself: What do I need? What would feel good? Give yourself the gift of tuning in, listening, and then acting on that guidance. Go for a walk. Turn on some loud music and dance. Take a nap. Call a friend.


The fog is a gentle whisper - it's your job to decipher its meaning! Tapping often can help you find that clarity! You ready?
