Tapping For Anticipatory Anxiety

Anticipatory anxiety is the fear or worry that bad things could happen in the future. With this type of anxiety, we may fixate on the things we can't control or predict. The uncertainty of the future can be scary because it is out of our control.

If you are stressing over the "what if" scenarios running through your mind - anything ranging from worries about school starting and visions of your child sitting alone to fears of giving a presentation and stumbling over your words - take a breath, and let's begin tapping for anticipatory anxiety!

Expending so much energy on worry about things that may or may not happen down the road is exhausting. Think about all the ways you could channel that energy. Change is possible. I can help!
