Tapping for Better Sleep
Do you struggle with getting a good night's sleep? Maybe you wrestle with you thoughts and find it difficult to easily drift off to dreamland, or maybe you pass out when your head hit's the pillow, but you're waking up in the middle of the night only to toss and turn for what feels like forever. Whatever the case may be, tapping can help.
Sometimes it's clear what's keeping you up - stressing over a project at work, or something specific going on with your child. If that's the case you can dive right in to that particular issue, getting as specific as possible while you tap on the points. However, if there isn't one issue that stands out, that's okay. You can tap on broader or more global issues, like general feelings of overwhelm and anxiety. Notice what emotions start to reveal themselves, and tap until the intensity of the emotion comes down to a more tolerable level.
