Quick Tip to Regulate the Nervous System

We are switching things up today and I'm introducing you to some of my favorite anxiety management techniques (in addition to EFT of course!).

 

Here are some simple and extremely effective nervous system support techniques:

1- Wipe off the negative energy and thoughts that aren't serving you.

2- Squeeze those fingertips

3- Circle & Square breathing
