It's OK To Be Sad

EFT is all about finding freedom from your emotions. The way that we do that is by allowing ourselves to actually sit in those emotions. We hold space for our feelings. We stop running, and we get comfortable with being uncomfortable. And while this can feel scary at first, I promise you it creates lasting and impactful change.

Whether you are dealing with feelings of sadness, anger, frustration, overwhelm, or anything in between - it is OK. It is more than okay. It is a good thing. Even if it doesn't feel like it in the moment, it's a healthy part of this brutiful (brutiful is a term coined by Glennon Doyle brutal + beautiful) earthly experience.

We are human, and part of being human is having feelings and navigating those feelings. By knowing sadness we can know happiness, by knowing frustration we can know ease. The darkness makes the lightness that much brighter. Hang in there, feel the feels, and keep moving forward. Tapping, meditation, journaling, yoga, along with a plethora of other modalities can all aid in this process. You deserve to feel good. Let's figure out what works best for YOU!
