How to Overcome Self-Limiting Beliefs

"It's not who we are that holds us back, it's who we think we're not."

That quote hit me hard. Limiting beliefs can derail us. Are you read to squash those negative thoughts? There are so many out there that can trip us up. These are a few that I hear most often:

  • I'm not good enough

  • I'm not worthy of love

  • Who am I to think I can do that?

  • I'm not smart enough

  • I did something wrong and I deserve feeling this way

Our thoughts have power. And it's time to redirect that power towards the beauty within. You are good enough. You are worthy of all your dreams. You deserve success. You are brilliant. Often times these limiting beliefs originate from childhood. Acknowledging the memories, and the associated feelings is an important part of the healing process. These beliefs have a tendency to impact how you show up in both life and business. You have the ability to change your thoughts. The power lies within.
