EFT - The Basics
I'm so excited to be volunteering with a new organization: Yoga4Caregivers.
This volunteer run and led community is focused on educating and empowering family Caregivers to explore the embodied self-care practices of yoga, meditation and mindful movement.
When a loved one is diagnosed with a disease or illness, their caregiver goes on that journey with them. It is so incredibly tough to see someone you love battle a disease, and care for them every step of the way. It is so important for caregivers to make sure they are taking care of themselves too.
I created this Intro to EFT - The Basics video series, to introduce a simple an extremely effective tool. It includes 3 short videos to introduce and explain what EFT is, how it works, and a guided tapping practice.
If you or someone you love is struggling whether it be emotionally or physically, I invite you to share these videos with them.
EFT is an incredibly powerful healing modality - and the best part is that it is so simple! You can do it anywhere, at any time, and feel calmer and more grounded within minutes, not to mention it's backed by a whole lot of science!
